Got a treadmill today. I haven’t walked on one of those in quite awhile. The one I had served me well for about three to four years. A lot walking done on that treadmill. A lot of thoughts occurred and reoccurred during those walks. Not sure how I feel about my treadmill yet. Is it friend or foe? Will it watch my back or betray me at a most crucial moment? It’s questions like these that make me glad there is a key that can turn it off if it decides to get too ambitious.
