My thoughts today…

Our country is at war right now; some are for it, some aren’t. I really don’t wish to discuss it, however, it’s just one of those random thoughts…some call it that, and some don’t.

I was bit by an animal today; I can’t disclose the animal’s name for legal reasons. I considered suing “said” animal, but her attorney called my attorney and clearly stated that if I took that course of action, that they had a strong case for a counter suit, plus a strong record of cases they had won for similar court battles. Needless to say their jargoned response was so intimidating (and wordy), I almost forgot that I had gotten bit.

Where can a guy get break in the crazy, fast-paced metropolis known as Jackson, MS, or Jacktown, the nickname that made these avenues of high hopes and broken dreams infamous? Well, I found out last night. Apparently there’s some guy in the back room of Aladdin’s (an Asian restaurant on Lakeland), who goes by the name of Erok, Bulu, Fred…something among those lines. Anyway, just say the password (I forgot the name of it. I’ll post it later if I remember it.) and it seems if you ask how to get a break in Jackson, he’ll tell you…just like that. No catches or anything. So now you have no excuses. If you think that Jackson is a tough place to live, you should either get used to it, or move to more relaxing place – like LA or New York.
